Refunds

I do not offer refunds, unless the order has not yet been shipped, if the product you received is defective or the item was damaged during transit. 

If your package has been lost in shipment I will gladly send you a replacement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, I usually offer a replacement!
